For this logo tutorial, first I started by using the text tool to write the letters D and C. Then I changed the color by going into the color library and picking the blue. Then I added a Roughen filter on the letters. Afterwards, I added a star with more triangles to make it appear like the sun. Then I messed around with the brush tool and the different types of brushes to get a watercolor brush. Then I arranged the different items as so that the letters would be on top.
