water splash in bulb...
First, I started with the image of a light bulb. Then I removed the inner parts by using the clone stamp tool. Then I added the water and splash layer by using masks to isolate the image to only the inside of the bulb. Then I inserted the image of the fish and quick selected the two fish I wanted. Then I inverted the selection to get rid of the other fish. Then I just created a layer with the whole image and flipped it vertically and lowered the opacity to create the reflection of the bulb. Lastly, I modified the saturation of the splash layer to make the image more vibrant.
